WHMCS Automation and Automatic Order Processing
WHMCS automation takes an order from payment to a live service without anyone touching it. We automate provisioning, domains, payments and fraud checks, and connect WHMCS to the CRM, ERP and accounting software the rest of your business runs on.

Every Manual Step Is a Delay a Customer Notices
A customer who pays for hosting expects it to work straight away. If a person has to create the account, approve the domain or copy the invoice into the accounts, the customer waits, and the workload grows with every order. We map your order flow end to end and automate each step, with alerts for the moments that genuinely need a person.
Part of our WHMCS development work for hosting companies. Already automated and need it kept running? See WHMCS support & management.
- Staff creating accounts by hand after payment
- Domain registrations failing without anyone noticing
- Invoices and payments re-entered into accounting software
- Suspensions and overdue reminders handled manually
We automate the routine steps and alert you to the exceptions.
Automate Your Order FlowWHMCS Automation Across the Order Pipeline
Each stage between checkout and a working service is handled by the system, with a clear record whenever something needs a person.
Instant Provisioning
A paid order creates the service straight away on cPanel/WHM, Plesk or DirectAdmin, or on your own platform through a custom server module.
Fraud Checks Before Setup
Orders screened with MaxMind, FraudLabs Pro or your own rules before anything is provisioned, so a fraudulent order never gets a working server.
Domain Automation
Registrations, transfers and renewals through registrar modules, with failures sent to your team instead of waiting in a queue.
Payment Gateway Modules
Stripe, PayPal and local gateways configured, plus custom gateway modules where your market's payment provider has none.
Accounting & CRM Sync
Invoices and payments pushed to Xero, QuickBooks or your ERP; client records kept in step with the CRM your sales team uses.
Billing Lifecycle & Alerts
Reminders, late fees, suspensions and terminations configured, with hooks added where the built-in settings fall short and alerts when anything fails.
Frequently Asked Questions
For common control panels such as cPanel/WHM, Plesk and DirectAdmin, WHMCS ships modules that do. Custom development is needed when you sell something those modules do not cover: services on your own platform, bundles that need several systems set up in order, licences, or products with extra steps after provisioning.
It should never fail silently. We add logging and alerts by email, Slack or support ticket, so a failed provisioning or domain registration is spotted within minutes, with enough detail to fix it. Nobody should learn about it from an unhappy customer.
Where the other system has an API, yes. WHMCS has a full API and a hook system, so data can move when something happens, such as a new client, a paid invoice or a cancelled service. It can flow one way or both ways, depending on which system should own each record.
Usually, yes, as long as the provider offers an API. We build gateway modules that handle payments, callbacks and refunds, and test them against the provider's sandbox before going live.
